Stage pour Webmaster (H/F)

ORIENTAL GROUP est à la recherche d’un stagiaire maîtrisant la création de sites internet, le community management et les outils de communication online.

Mission :

Engagé(e), autonome, dynamique et proactif/ proactive, vous êtes le « online content guru » Sous la direction du responsable marketing, vous accompagnez notre société dans son développement digital à travers les actions suivantes :

Analyse des sites internet actuels (ergonomie, navigation, design, référencement naturel…) et étude Rédaction du cahier des charges du/des nouveaux sites internet sous la supervision du responsable marketing
Refonte des sites internet et mise en œuvre des recommandations SEO,
Création et publication de contenus : web, blog posts, communiqués, newsletters…
Élaboration de supports de communication online : présentations, visuels, business cases…
Mise en œuvre opérationnelle de la stratégie social media, gestion et développement des communautés sur les différents réseaux sociaux,
Gestion de l’outil d’emailing, définition d’un calendrier rédactionnel et suivi des campagnes,
Analyse et communication des résultats des actions engagées,

Profil :

Première expérience acquise en environnement web (HTML/Javascript/php/MySql) et une bonne connaissance des logiciels web, en environnement B2B de préférence ;
Expérience de CMS (Drupal, Drupal commerce, Prestashop…)
Très bonne maîtrise des langages HTML, (x)HTML, CSS, php ;
Maitrise des logiciels Photoshop, Dreamweaver, et MySql…
Bonnes bases en webdesign et création / personnalisation de templates Drupal ;
Maîtrise d’outils de webanalytics type Google Analytics ;
Bonnes bases en SEO / référencement naturel ;
Anglais courant ;
Très bonne maîtrise du français ;
Forte sensibilité au online – bonne connaissance des enjeux liés aux réseaux sociaux et à la réputation online ;
Rigoureux(se), orienté(e) résultats et sachant être force de proposition ;
Attitude positive, capacité à travailler en multi-projets et sens sérieux de l’humour nécessaires !

Webmaster Internship Responsibilities:

As a Webmaster Intern, you will work under the supervision of the Marketing Manager and play an active role in the digital transformation of ORIENTAL GROUP. Your main tasks will include:

Analysis of existing websites: Evaluate the usability, navigation, design, and SEO performance of current websites.
Drafting technical specifications: Prepare detailed specifications for website redesigns, focusing on SEO optimization and enhancing the user experience.
Website redesign: Implement SEO recommendations and oversee website updates.
Content creation and publishing: Write web content, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
Design of online communication materials: Create visuals, presentations, and business cases for web platforms.
Social media management: Execute social media strategies, engage communities, and foster interactions.
Email marketing campaigns: Develop editorial calendars and monitor the performance of email campaigns.
Web performance analysis: Measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and report on outcomes.
Candidate Profile:

Technical skills: Proficiency in web languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and strong knowledge of MySQL.
CMS experience: Familiarity with CMS platforms like Drupal, Prestashop, or Drupal Commerce.
Web design and template creation: Ability to customize and design templates on Drupal.
Web tools: Proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
SEO expertise: Deep understanding of SEO basics and best practices.
Languages: Fluent in English and excellent proficiency in French.
Personal qualities: Self-starter, detail-oriented, creative, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A sense of humor and strong teamwork skills are a plus!
